RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a format for distributing content. For example, news sites publish via RSS then individuals and websites automatically get the updated content.
Using your RSS feed
The RSS feed for your message board is: http://www.websitetoolbox.com/tool/view/mb/external/aquasub
Click on the link; a new window will appear. Copy the URL on that window, then paste it onto your feed reader.
Your RSS feed will allow you to view the newest threads posted in your message board.
Viewing multiple RSS feeds
RSS Readers will download and display multiple RSS feeds for you all at once. We recommend using Feedreader, a simple and free program available for download.
Many readers are separate, "stand-alone" programs such as the program mentioned above; other services will let you add RSS feeds to a Web page. For example, Yahoo! lets you add RSS feeds to your My Yahoo! page.
Customizing your RSS feed
You can configure your RSS feed to load the newest threads in certain forums only. You can specify which forums by using the syntax below:
http://www.websitetoolbox.com/tool/view/mb/external/aquasub?forumids=LIST
Replace LIST with a comma separated list of the ID number of each forum. The ID number can be found in the URL of the forum.
